Student Life

A rounded, ambitious life outside the classroom.

School is more than examinations. Clubs, sport, service and leadership sit inside the timetable, not around the edges of it.

Questions parents ask.

Beyond the classroom.

Still have a question? Talk to us
What does the house system do?

Every student belongs to a house that competes in sport, debate and Cultural Day, and younger students gain older ones to look up to.

Are there leadership positions?

Prefects are appointed in SS2 and SS3 on the strength of their conduct and academic standing, and carry real responsibility for assembly, duty rosters and house events.

What sports are available?

Football, basketball and athletics, with inter-house competition every year and inter-school fixtures for selected teams.

Do students go on excursions?

Yes. Inter-state excursions to places of historical and industrial interest, supervised by staff and with written parental consent.
